Expertise in Entire Recruitment Life Cycle (IT) from Sourcing, Screening, Selection.
Research and understand the client and their requirements thoroughly.
Interacting with the client and responsible for being a SPOC for various clients.
Identify, qualify and close candidates from various sources like Portals, Database, Networking, References, headhunting etc.
Short listing candidates according to the requirement.
Provide complete and accurate information about the company and the position to the candidates.
Review resumes and credentials for the appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Conducting pre-interviews with candidates prior to sending on to Clients, where applicable.
Schedule interviews for short listed candidates, follow up with the candidates to further the transaction.
Conduct phone interviews, negotiate compensation, and complete reference checks.
Giving feedbacks to candidates post interview, sending mails to the employees.
